This Privacy Policy explains how Reveloop RCM, LLC (“Reveloop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects Personal Information collected through Reveloop.com and webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected in connection with the Site. Reveloop.com is primarily an informational and lead-generation website through which visitors may learn about Reveloop’s services, technology capabilities, industries served, insights, careers, and company information; submit contact or consultation inquiries; request information; subscribe to communications; explore career opportunities; submit job applications; interact with forms; manage cookie preferences; and follow links to other resources.
This Privacy Policy does not govern information processed by Reveloop on behalf of clients under separate service agreements, Business Associate Agreements, data-processing agreements, or other contractual arrangements. Website inquiries and prospective-client information are retained only as long as necessary to manage the inquiry or business relationship. Job applicant information is retained for the recruitment process and any legally required or otherwise permitted period thereafter. Marketing information is retained while the relevant communication permission or business basis remains valid, or until an individual opts out, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

11. Healthcare Information and HIPAA
Reveloop provides services to organizations in the healthcare industry and may be subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) in certain client-service relationships. However, the general Reveloop.com website is not intended to collect PHI from patients or healthcare providers through ordinary website forms.
Where Reveloop processes PHI on behalf of a client under a Business Associate Agreement or other applicable agreement, that information is governed by the relevant agreement, applicable HIPAA requirements, and Reveloop’s internal privacy and security controls rather than solely by this website Privacy Policy.
12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making
Reveloop does not currently use Personal Information collected through the Site for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. If Reveloop materially changes these practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
