Rogers Kayondo serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Reveloop, providing strategic leadership across Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), operations, technology, workforce management, and process improvement.

With experience working with Fortune 500 organizations including General Motors and Stellantis, as well as Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Rogers brings a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, business management, technology, and organizational leadership. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

At Reveloop, Rogers helps advance a technology-enabled approach to RCM that combines experienced healthcare professionals, disciplined processes, analytics, and purpose-built technology. His work supports critical revenue cycle functions including benefits verification, prior authorization, charge capture, billing, claims management, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable, and revenue integrity.

Guided by a People + Process + Technology philosophy, Rogers focuses on connecting operational needs with practical technology solutions. He leads initiatives involving workflow automation, RCM platforms, client portals, operational dashboards, analytics, reporting, productivity, and audit tools designed to strengthen efficiency, accountability, and visibility.
