Mark brings more than a decade of finance leadership experience across the United States and Africa, with a focus on strategy, financial performance, profitability, and the overall financial health of the business.

As CFO, he drives revenue growth, cost optimization, cash flow, capital efficiency, and risk management, using KPIs, financial ratios, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, challenge underperformance, and ensure the business is consistently moving toward stronger financial outcomes. His approach positions finance as a strategic and commercial partner to the business, not simply a reporting function.

Mark is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK, holds an MBA in Finance from Johnson & Wales University, Denver, Colorado, and a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
