Michelle Hebbeler
Associate UR and Authorization Director – Behavioral Health
Michelle Hebbeler, LCSW, serves as Utilization Review Director at Reveloop, bringing more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience with deep expertise in behavioral health. With a background spanning utilization management, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle strategy, Michelle has a proven track record of developing and optimizing programs and processes that strengthen operational performance, support quality care, and improve reimbursement outcomes.
Throughout her career, Michelle has held progressive leadership roles across behavioral health organizations, overseeing utilization review and clinical operations for multiple facilities and levels of care. Prior to joining Reveloop, she held multiple Utilization Review Director positions, where she led multidisciplinary teams, developed utilization management strategies and workflows, and partnered closely with clinical, financial, and executive leadership. Her earlier experience as a Clinical Director, Program Administrator, and Program Director provides her with a strong clinical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between patient care, medical necessity, payer requirements, and organizational performance.
In her current role, Michelle provides strategic leadership and oversight of behavioral health utilization review operations, with a focus on authorization and appeals strategy, payer engagement, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and performance optimization. She works closely with clinical teams, revenue cycle leaders, payers, and executive leadership to identify utilization trends, address barriers to reimbursement, and develop scalable processes that support both quality outcomes and financial sustainability.
Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and the development of practical systems that enable teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant care.
