Lillian Nankabirwa is an Account Manager at Reveloop, where she leads claims and denials operations for a 15-member team, focusing on productivity, operational efficiency, denial performance, and sustainable revenue recovery.

With over three years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, Lillian has progressed from Claims Representative to Team Lead and Account Manager, developing expertise in claims management, denial resolution, account analysis, process improvement, and team leadership. Her background in Accounting and Finance brings a strong financial and analytical perspective to healthcare revenue operations.

Passionate about data and technology, Lillian has developed skills in SQL, Excel, and data analytics. She applies these capabilities to identify trends, uncover root causes, improve workflows, and turn operational data into actionable insights.

At Reveloop, she is helping lead a claims and denials follow-up automation initiative, translating real-world RCM processes into technology-enabled solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

Before joining Reveloop, Lillian worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst at ATC Uganda. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Uganda Martyrs University and completed a Data Analytics program with ALX.
