Phoeb Brenda serves as Verification & Eligibility Manager at Reveloop, bringing more than three years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, with expertise in insurance verification, eligibility, benefits interpretation, VOB operations, process improvement, and team leadership. Her experience spans preliminary information gathering, benefits verification, and reimbursement projections, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and service delivery.

Since joining Reveloop, Phoeb has progressed from Verification of Benefits Specialist to Team Lead and ultimately into her current management role. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening workflows, improving operational performance, and developing teams that can deliver consistent, high-quality results. She is particularly interested in leveraging technology and automation to simplify repetitive processes, improve accuracy and productivity, and create more efficient ways of working.

Phoeb is also passionate about developing people and helping team members grow into confident, independent professionals.
