Nobert serves as Director of Benefits Operations at Reveloop, bringing more than half a decade of experience in revenue cycle management, health insurance benefits and reimbursement, and operational leadership. He specializes in benefits verification, revenue optimization and acceleration, human resource development, and building high-performing teams.

 

Prior to joining Reveloop, Nobert worked as a Research Associate with organizations including Action for Health, Reproductive Health Uganda, and ReFunite, where he developed experience in research, program support, and organizational development.

 

Throughout his career, Nobert has focused on building sustainable systems, structural and technology enabled that improve operational performance, create clarity, and enable teams to work more efficiently. He is particularly passionate about developing self-reliant teams, nurturing talent, and creating environments where people can grow while delivering measurable results.

 

Nobert holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Kyambogo University. His leadership approach is grounded in continuous improvement, practical problem-solving, talent development, and building systems that support long-term organizational growth.
