Andrew Ntuyo is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Reveloop, where he is responsible for the company’s technology vision, platform strategy, and delivery infrastructure. He came to healthcare from critical infrastructure, more than fifteen years designing and operating carrier networks, data center environments, and public-sector systems where downtime is measured in dollars per minute. Reveloop was founded on a conviction carried directly from that discipline: a revenue cycle is an operating system, and most fail for the same reasons networks fail no visibility, no instrumentation, and manual intervention where automation belongs.

Andrew is the architect of Ronexa, Reveloop’s proprietary automation engine. Ronexa unifies patient access, clinical documentation, and revenue integrity into a single instrumented workflow layer, giving provider organizations continuous visibility into work that has traditionally stayed invisible until it surfaced as a denial. Under his direction, the platform processes thousands of patient access and revenue integrity transactions each month for provider organizations across radiology, behavioral health, and multi-specialty practices nationwide.

Before founding Reveloop, Andrew served as Senior Network Engineer at Element Critical and as Network and Switching Engineer at Mid-Rivers Communications, and he continues to advise data center operators, internet service providers, and government transportation networks on large-scale network design and reliability. That background shapes how Reveloop builds: systems that are monitored, auditable, and designed to fail visibly rather than silently.

Andrew holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Multimedia University.
