Arnold Kiirya serves as Automation Manager at Reveloop, bringing experience in software engineering and intelligent automation to the organization. He specializes in workflow automation, LLM-based systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, with a focus on applying these technologies to streamline and scale revenue cycle management operations.

Arnold leads the automation team in designing and implementing scalable RCM workflows, development of intelligent automation solutions, and driving the adoption of AI technologies across complex healthcare processes. He works closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into reliable systems.

He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in AI Engineering at Quantic School of Business & Technology. He also holds a Professional Certificate in Software Engineering from ALX, Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University, Uganda
