With over 4 years of experience in RCM operations, Simon oversees daily workflow operations at Reveloop , manages client billing teams, and ensures compliance with healthcare rules. He also oversees a team of 100+ professionals spanning verification of benefits, credentialing, payer enrollment, and contracting functions.

Before joining Reveloop , Simon spent over 10 years as a government Safety Inspector in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), where he participated in policy development, advised private sector organizations on OSH compliance, and conducted workplace inspections and enforcement of safety regulations. This extensive background in regulatory compliance, risk management, and enforcement gave Simon a strong foundation in navigating complex regulatory frameworks ,a skill set that translates directly into the highly regulated world of healthcare credentialing and payer compliance.

Under his leadership, he has contributed to building a specialist driven approach to revenue cycle management combining deep payer expertise with hands-on operational execution to help behavioral health providers navigate complex credentialing requirements, contract negotiations, and claims processes. Simon’s work spans the full RCM lifecycle, from initial payer enrollment and rate negotiation through claims processing and denial resolution, with a focus on translating regulatory and clinical requirements including ASAM levels of care, CARF/Joint Commission accreditation standards, and payer specific documentation into scalable, repeatable workflows.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, NEBOSH international certificate in technical and operational safety and is committed to building operational systems integrated with technology that support both the clinical missions of Reveloop’s facility partners and the financial sustainability that allows them to deliver quality behavioral health care.
