Gloria Akulia is the Repricing and Negotiations Manager at Reveloop, with experience in AI, healthcare revenue cycle operations, repricing, negotiations, and team leadership. She started her career at Sama, working in AI and training-data operations supporting autonomous driving technologies, before moving into healthcare revenue cycle operations. She later moved from Accounts Receivable into repricing and negotiations and eventually into team leadership.

Since joining Reveloop, Gloria has worked across Accounts Receivable, Repricing and Negotiations, and team management. In her current role, she works closely with reimbursement, payer pricing, negotiations, process improvement, productivity, quality, and team development. She is also involved in identifying areas where processes can be simplified and where technology and automation can reduce repetitive work.

Gloria is particularly interested in finding better ways of working and understanding how operational challenges affect the business. She enjoys looking at processes, identifying what is not working efficiently, and finding practical ways to improve them using people, data, and technology. She is also passionate about developing team members and helping them grow into independent leaders.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Ndejje University, with a specialization in Backend Software Development, and holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. She has also completed training in Scrum and Agile methodologies. Gloria is fluent in English and Arabic.
