Previously, Darvin served as Medical Records Team Lead, where he led and trained 10+ medical records reviewers while mentoring an additional 15 team members. He developed a PPR audit-compliant medical records review framework adopted by Senior Management, helped safeguard four healthcare facilities through proactive risk identification and escalation, and contributed to a 300% improvement in facility compliance.

Earlier in his career, Darvin served as a Medical Records Specialist, building expertise in documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and records integrity. He also worked as a Credit Officer at the Microfinance Support Centre, conducting credit assessments, financial audits, and financial literacy training for underserved communities.

Darvin began his career at Stanbic Bank Ug, where he developed a strong foundation in data integrity, records management, and quality control.
