Rebecca Nambassa is the Payments Posting and Refunds Manager at Reveloop RCM, bringing more than three years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management. She began her RCM career in claims and denials before transitioning into payment operations and progressing into a leadership role.

In her current position, Rebecca oversees payment posting and refund operations, ensuring payments are processed accurately and timely while maintaining account integrity. Her expertise spans payment posting, ERA and EOB processing, account reconciliation, refunds, payment research, workflow and productivity management, staff training and development, and process improvement.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has gained broad experience across refunds, payments posting and claims management. Her progression from an RCM specialist to management reflects her adaptability, analytical mindset, and ability to lead teams in complex operational environments while delivering high quality results.

Rebecca holds a Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Computing from Kyambogo University. Her technical background complements her analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, enabling her to drive efficiency and operational excellence within the revenue cycle.
