Tracy Nimusiima serves as Authorization Director – Radiology, leading Authorization, Quality Assurance, and Data Entry teams with a focus on improving patient access, operational performance, quality, and efficiency. With nearly five years of healthcare experience and two years in radiology, she brings expertise across prior authorization, insurance verification, medical coding, claims processing, reimbursement, denial management, repricing, and payer operations.

A key focus of Tracy’s work is integrating technology and AI-driven automation into healthcare operations. Working alongside engineering teams, she has helped test and validate automated authorization workflows, evaluate AI outputs, improve process logic, and contribute to the automation of more than 10 payer portals and authorization workflows.

Her experience also spans clinical research, regulatory documentation, clinical data management, quality assurance, and Good Clinical Practice, giving her a broad understanding of operations, compliance, technology, and patient care.

Tracy’s leadership philosophy centers on building strong systems through clear processes, training, accountability, and continuous improvement. She holds a B.Sc. in Food Science and Processing Technology from Kyambogo University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from CRA School of Montreal.
